A utility account can be eligible for assistance with EOC funds once per year. The EOC year runs from Oct-Sep.
EOC does not have age limits and assists all of Colorado. If you don’t meet our guidelines, find an agency by searching:  https://www.energyoutreach.org/find-agency/
