There are times in everyone’s lives when they are in need of financial assistance. Due to the raising cost of utilities it is easily understood how one can fall behind on bills. If you are a senior that is faced with a disconnection notice or if you have fallen behind on your bill, we can help with financial assistance.

Who is eligible?

  • Senior Citizens 55 years or older
  • A resident of Colorado

What is needed?

  • State Issued Driver’s License or Photo I.D
  • Proof  of Address
  • Proof of Income
  • If applicable a letter of approval or denial from the county LEAP office. Click here for more information about LEAP (Low Income Assistance Program)

The Senior Assistance Center provides emergency utility assistance to those seniors who are having problems with their utility bills.
